Plant structure in adequate scale consists of:

  • Total area dedicated to manufacturing pumps: 3,000m2

  • Total area dedicated to maintenance, cutting and boilers: 1,000m2

  • Total area dedicated to engineering and assembly of Skids: 750m2

  • Total area dedicated to the commercial and administrative departments: 1,500m2

  • Operations management via SAP® ERP since 2008

  • Factory provided with test benches with capacity for up 80 m3/h and 400 kgf/cm2

  • Own boiler

  • Proper tools and control cabin for qualified painting

  • Team consisting of qualified welders

  • Bridge crane for large equipment

  • Mechanical hoist for midsize equipment

  • Forklifts for up to 2.8 tons equipment

  • QRC – QUICK REPAIR CENTER, unit dedicated to maintenance of pumps, mechanical seals, valves and other items of supply for skids, containing various tools and machinery

  • Laboratory for measurements to meet RBC (Brazilian Calibration Network) requirements

  • Own fleet consisting of 15 (fifteen) vehicles

  • Center for import, export and distribution within USA

After sales services management strategy

  • Inventory management policy with automatic programming replenishment via SAP®

  • 24-hour service with specialized technical team
